WorldleCity started with city guessing games inspired by Worldle-style gameplay. Today it also includes quick personality, character, EQ, intelligence, and lifestyle quizzes for users who want something lighter between geography challenges.
Origins
I am PKV, and I created WorldleCity, inspired by Worldle-style gameplay and, more than anything, by a desire to give players something more challenging to play that would build real geographical knowledge. The first version went out in 2024 as an Android app, which grew too hard to maintain as a solo project and shut down. This site is its rebuild.
WorldleCity began as a single idea: a daily city guessing game where one photo, six guesses, and a streak counter were enough to keep players coming back. The name itself is a tribute to my inspiration, Worldle. As the game grew, I added Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme modes for players who wanted more than one round a day of city guessing.
Along the way, I got requests for personality tests and fun character guess games, so I built a second, lighter section of the site for those too. More recently I added GeoAngles, a compass-clue city angle game that flips the original idea on its head. Instead of a photo, you get four well-known cities pointing the way. Today WorldleCity is a daily city game, a growing set of standalone geography puzzles, and a small but growing library of fun quizzes.

City guessing is the flagship. Everything else is a quick palate cleanser between rounds. I hand-write, edit, and play-test every quiz before it goes live.

How I approach quizzes
I try to write questions that feel like a friend asked them, not a focus group. That means real options instead of obvious ones, results that say something specific rather than something flattering, and a tone that takes the topic seriously without taking itself too seriously. If a quiz is not fun to write, it usually is not fun to take, so I cut it.
I also try to keep the experience fast. Pages should load quickly, questions should fit on a single screen, and you should be able to finish most quizzes in under five minutes on a phone, a laptop, or whatever screen you happen to be looking at.

How I handle your data
I keep the experience lightweight on purpose. There are no accounts to make, no profiles to build, and no need to hand over a pile of personal data just to find out what kind of planner, dreamer, or overthinker you might be.
