WorldleCity started with city guessing games inspired by Worldle-style gameplay. Today it also includes quick personality, character, EQ, intelligence, and lifestyle quizzes for users who want something lighter between geography challenges.
Origins
We at WorldleCity love geography. We love quizzing. We love travel, and culture, and all the things that come along with it. Wordlecity began as a single idea which is a daily city guessing game where one photo, six guesses, and a streak counter were enough to keep us coming back. The name itself is a tribute to our inspiration, Worldle. As the game grew, we added Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme modes for players who wanted more than one round a day.
Along the way, we got requests for personality tests and fun character guess games, so we built a second, lighter section of the site for those too. Today WorldleCity is a daily city game and a small but growing library of fun quizzes.
What you will find here
City guessing is the flagship. Everything else is a quick palate cleanser between rounds. Every quiz is hand-written, edited, and play-tested before it goes live.
You can expect:
- City Guesser games in a Worldle-style gameplay — the daily challenge plus Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme modes.
- Personality quizzes that pair playful questions with genuinely thoughtful results.
- Character & pop-culture quizzes about the films, shows, and characters people keep rewatching.
- EQ and intelligence quizzes for people who like to be quietly smug at parties.
- Lifestyle and seasonal quizzes for travel, habits, and big cultural moments.
How we approach quizzes
We try to write questions that feel like they were asked by a friend, not a focus group. That means real options instead of obvious ones, results that say something specific rather than something flattering, and a tone that takes the topic seriously without taking itself too seriously. If a quiz is not fun to write, it usually is not fun to take, so we cut it.
We also try to keep the experience fast. Pages should load quickly, questions should fit on a single screen, and you should be able to finish most quizzes in under five minutes on a phone, a laptop, or whatever screen you happen to be looking at.
How we approach your data
We keep the experience lightweight on purpose. There are no accounts to make, no profiles to build, and no need to hand over a pile of personal data just to find out what kind of planner, dreamer, or overthinker you might be. Your answers are used to calculate a result and then they are gone. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Get involved
If you have a topic you wish existed on the site, a typo to flag, or a result that surprised you, we would love to hear about it. The best way to reach us is through our contact page. Quiz ideas from readers are how a lot of our favorite pieces start, so do not be shy.
Thanks for stopping by, and have fun clicking around.
