Editorial Policy

How WorldleCity articles are actually researched, drafted, fact-checked, and published.

WorldleCity is a small, independently operated project. This page explains, plainly, how the articles on this site actually get made — not an idealized version of it.

Who writes the articles

Articles are written and published under the byline PKV, who also built WorldleCity’s games. There is no separate editorial team.

How articles are drafted

Article drafts are produced with the help of third-party AI drafting tools. Those tools are also used to surface candidate sources and citations during the drafting process. Most images used in articles are AI-generated or licensed stock images, not original photography, except where a screenshot of the site itself is shown.

How articles are checked

Every citation and source surfaced during drafting is checked personally before publication, clicking through to confirm the link resolves and that it actually supports the claim it is attached to. The final draft is read start to finish, corrected, and approved by PKV before it goes live. Nothing is published without that human review pass.

Corrections

If you spot an error, a broken link, a citation that does not say what an article claims, or anything else that looks wrong, please use the contact page to flag it. Corrections are made directly to the article, and the article’s “Updated” date reflects the change.

Why this page exists

Most quiz and geography content online is published under a faceless brand with no stated process. We would rather say exactly how ours works, including the AI-assisted parts, than imply a newsroom that does not exist.
