About this quiz

Not everyone’s brain shows up at the same time. Some people are genuinely sharper before 7am than at any other point in the day. Others do not hit their stride until after lunch. Some find that everything opens up at 10pm in a way that simply does not happen in daylight. This quiz maps your honest energy rhythm, the one your body runs on regardless of what your calendar says. Most of the questions ask about behaviour and habits like sleep and meal timings rather than time-of-day directly. Depending on the options you choose you will get a result that describes the time when your energy levels peak, thus providing you a rough idea on your Chronotype.

What the different results mean

The Dawn Engine is sharpest in the early hours before the world starts. The Morning Steady warms up reliably and stays consistent. The Midday Spark finds their groove somewhere in the middle of the day. The Afternoon Current builds through the day and peaks late. The Dusk Thinker opens up when the noise drops in the evening. The Night Mind operates on a fundamentally different clock and is at their best well after dark.

How the questions work

Questions touch on small everyday tells: your alarm setup, your relationship with breakfast, when your sent folder lights up, what your friends would say about you, when you forget to eat. Together they form a rhythm that is harder to fake than a direct “are you a morning person?” question.
